Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Redondo Beach Concrete Company handles the information you share when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate. We're a concrete contractor in Redondo Beach, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer you, look at your job and do the work.
It applies to every page on this site, from the home page to our service and city pages. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page covers that.
What information we collect
When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we collect what you type into it. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the property address and a description of the job, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio. Our form is hosted by an outside form service, so it receives your answers and passes them to us.
When you call or email us, we keep a record of your number or address and what you told us about the job, so we don't have to ask you twice. If you send photos of your slab, we keep those with your estimate.
When you browse the site, some information is collected automatically. This can include your device and browser type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your IP address. We use this to see which pages people find useful, not to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember you between visits. We use them, along with analytics tools, to count visits and understand how people move through the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some outside tools may not count your visit.
How we use your information
We use what you share to reply to you, schedule a visit to your property, prepare your estimate and do the job if you hire us. We also use it to follow up on work we've done, answer questions after the pour and keep the business records the law requires.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as our form, email and phone providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We'll also share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, handle any questions about it later and meet our tax and business recordkeeping duties. If you asked for an estimate and didn't go ahead, we don't keep your details longer than we reasonably need them.
When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove the parts that identify you. Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California residents have specific rights under state privacy law, and we'll honor those requests too, unless we have to keep something to meet a legal duty.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you about estimates or follow-ups at any time. We'll confirm who you are before we act on a request, so nobody else can see or change your information.
How we protect it
We limit who on our team can see your information to the people who need it to answer you or do your job. We use reputable providers for our form, email and phone, and we take reasonable steps to keep your details safe.
No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form or by email.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about your information or want to make a request, call us at (424) 402-3940 or use our Contact page. Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll reply within 1 business day to confirm we've got it and explain the next step.
